Has there ever been a report of the worlds largest pizza?

okay... my husband is curious to see if there is a record of the largest pizza... are there any internet sites so we can see it... we love pizza and a giant pizza would be up our alley!

In south africa they made a pizza that some about 122ft in diameter for the Guinness record.

I would look for something that's been recorded by The Guiness Book of World Records. If its been made, they'll have when, where, and how big it was.
