Has there ever been a submarine ride built that was not at a Disney owned park?

I was just curious because on the roller coaster tycoon games, there is a submarine ride similar to the ones at Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom.

I don't know about submarine rides, but there used to be a diving bell ride at the old Pacific Ocean Park (POP) years ago.

There is 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea attraction based on the novel by Jules Verne of the same name located in Tokyo Disneysea park at the Tokyo Disneyland Resort. Though it has the Disney name, it is not actually owned by the Walt Disney Company. Disney loaned the name and its characters to the Oriental Land Company who own and build all the attractions at the park.
