i dont think there ever has been...i mean who would race their expensive cars like that just to get a ticket and probably lose/crash their car?

I couldn't find the video, but several years ago, Dallas PD chased a Rolls Royce from Dallas to Sherman TX.

Some guy was on a 'test drive' and didn't come back.
