There is no scientific proof of that. Such behaviour can't be easily quantified; how do you measure "more wacky"?

I worked in a psychiatric hospital for five years; we never saw that moon phase had any real correlation with disruptive or delusional behaviour; and it was never part of staff training or procedure to expect that it would.

I dont think there are any studies done, but my mom has been a nurse for over 40 years and she swears that weird and crazy stuff comes into the hospital during full moons.
