Question

A handheld word scanner - a device that you run along you handwritten page then tells you how many words

I had this idea because I am a college student and have to count every single piece of hand written words - and you can loose count easily.

If anyone knows anywhere I would love to know

When I was at school I just used to count the words per line, then multiply that by number of lines.

I've never heard of one before. Try marking a spot every 100 words or so, then you won't have to start all over. Or get someone else to do it for you haha. Good luck.

I don't know but if it hasn't what you could do is count how many words you have previously written on two sheets, take an average and that will give you a guide to how many you get on a page.

An alternate method is to count the words on a page in your computer, which is available by clicking on "Tools" and then "word count" to get another average.
