Ok. I went to post a review for the House Bunny last night, but Yahoo kept telling me:

Oops! You have already reviewed for this movie. Click here to go back to Yahoo Movies.

What the h**l? I haven't posted a review for this movie before, and this isn't the first time this has happend to me. I post reviews for every movie I see and post them on my Facebook, but now I can only post it on my FB. What can I do/who can I tell to fix this? Thanks.

  1. This has not happened to me, as I don't deal with reviews. But I can say probably nothing will help if you posting this question because you are trying to get this review to appear in Yahoo! 360. Using the reviews module has always been problematic. I don't use my review module because of it being historically buggy. I recommend that you post reviews directly in your blog area, with REVIEW: in the title and highlight it.

NOTE: The Y!360 team is no longer addressing bug reports, as it prepares to launch a new social-networking system. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.

If you aren't trying to get the review to show up on your 360 space, but just want to write the review, then clearing your cookies and cache of your browser might help. Before clearing cookies, make sure you know your passwords to sites.

    CACHE:

    In Internet Explorer, see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/usin...

In Firefox, click the "Clear Cache Now" button under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache.

In Safari, under the Safari menu is an option to Empty Cache; select this.

    COOKIES:

In Firefox, do this under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Clear Cookies Now

In Internet Explorer, do this under Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies > Yes

In Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security. Click Show Cookies, then click the option to Remove cookies.

    Then, restart your computer.

Otherwise, you'll need to use the Help form for Yahoo! Movies here:

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/movies/... .
