You would half fall asleep and kind of hullucinate? Like the other day I was so tired and I think I was half asleep and we were bringing my friend home and I saw a cat in the road when there really wasn't one.

  1. Once, when I was a little boy. I was awoken from a dead sleep by my mom (i might've had a fever at the time, i don't remember). When I tried to get up out of bed, I looked over to my closet (which had no doors) and saw this 4 foot by 4 foot hamster cage that looked more like a hamster mansion from where I was standing. It was bigger than I was at the time. Later, when I woke up for real I actually went looking for cage and asked my mom why I couldn't find it. The dream seemed that real to me.

This also reminds me of that part of the movie Black Dog with patrick swayze and meat loaf. Swayze was talking about some kind  of Black Dog syndrome. Truck Drivers normally get so overexhausted from driving and forcing themselves to stay awake so they can make their deadlines faster, that sometimes they'll see creatures (Black Dogs) in the middle of the road when they are not actually there. It is very dangerous for them to get that tired and can cause them to crash. I think there are actually laws now that force them to stop after so many hours per day because of that reason.

  2. Cats in a dream usually signify something negative, but in yours, the cat disappeared so this dream was telling you that the negative thing in your life is gone or leaving. Having a waking/sleeping dream is called lucid dream. Google "lucid dreams" and read about them. They are very interesting.

  3. Yeah, I was driving back from Vegas around 3:00 am... Almost home, but was soooo tired...

I came around the bend and saw this castle on the side of a hill... You know, Excalibur kinda castle...

I knew the building was a Holiday Inn, but I literally saw a castle.

Up until then I never believed in hallucinations.
