  1. sounds like you have old hag syndrome.

    check it out online.

  2. sounds like sleep paralysis

  3. Its called sleep paralysis and having problems breathing and seeing people in the room is not uncommon.  See this web site for further information:

  4. yes it's happened to me, it's called sleep paralysis. it's been reported since the medieval times. i don't find it scary anymore but only because i try to think clearly while it's happening...."i'm ok and in just a moment this feeling will pass and i'll be fully awake" or something like that. it took a number of years to overcome and it's no easy.

  5. Well, has anything dramatic or bad specifically happened to you recently? Or perhaps stress may have gotten to you (from school, work, social life, etc)? You seem to panic or overly worried (and I don't blame you for it) however it only gets worse the more you do so. Don't think about it too much, do anything to relax and loosen yourself up more often, talk to your friends and family about it. Take a good warm bath or read a book before you go to bed helps too. If the problem persists, I guess it'd be a good idea to see a doctor. Hopefully all goes well for you soon.

  6. Well it can be a number of things.

Scientifically, it's called a Lucid Dream i believe.

but, if you know anything about paranormal, or spiritual activity, it could be something trying to gain access to you in some way shape or form.

i would do some research on lucid dreams, as well as dream interpretations.  i would also do a cleansing ritual for your room.

but, in reality, i really don't know exactly the cause of any of this.  but i do wish you the best and hope it's not anything evil.

  7. that happened to me before....except for the breathing part. let me know if u find the answer t this question please.
