Has this ever happenned to you when your at the store?

Like has anyone ever asked you if you work there when you are just casually shopping? If so is it embarassing and why?

that happened to me at hollywood video..

this guy was behind the counter and rifling through the movies and i asked about a movie, he said " oh i don't work here."

I'm like, Wtf are you doing behind the counter.

Yes. It always happens when I wear red at Target. It's not embarrassing. I just say "I don't work here." Usually, they're the embarrassed ones.

yeah it has, about a year ago I was in Dorithy Perkins and a 60 something year old woman showed this massive bra to me and said "Excuse me dear, do you have this in a larger size?" I just politely said no, I don't... I'm 14 :)

and it was embarrising because my mum was cracking up behind me :P

I usually try to answer their question (if they're asking directions or about a product) just to be polite.

A few times when I was wearing my casino dealing shirt and black pants.

Once I got sort of bumbed becasue I had just flown to Dallas TX for a job interview with American Airlines. I was dressed in a nice suit with heels and I looked really nice, people at the airport kept on asking me questions when I was only a fellow traveler, I was bumbed because I didn't get the job.I knew they made a mistake by not hiring me.
