Has this happened to anyone else with Norton???

I got a message saying my code has been used on more than one computer. I bought it brand new, have had it locked in my file cabinet at home... Now they say I need to buy a new code. I don't get it????

  1. some one might have cracked the same code u have or u just have a wrong code better contact who u bought it from or if that doesnt help n u dont wanna waste anymore of ur money get a crack but their will no difference between u n them afta that sorry


  2. Check with Norton and bring along the receipt to verify that you had bought the product recently.  There may be a chance that the code has already been used but check with Norton if they can do anything about it.

  3. contact norton...immediately..and be rude when u speak to them..so they know ur serious
