Ask Them- Is this a new unused webkinz... Is this tagged ever been open or used...... Also ask them if it has been used I will return it and report them--- (Is that possible-- Don't add this in it)

I would buy this item from the seller if I wanted it and feel safe doing so. Plus, Ebay would back you if they item wasn't as described so yes, it is possible to report them. Good luck.
