Has treasure trooper been accepting your offers?

Question

For the past month or so, I have been doing 1 or 2 offers a day, all the way through like you are supposed to, but nothing has been accepted. Is any other treasure trooper user having this problem?

(Please only users answer. I don't need people replying with "What's that?")

I just signed up last week, and I have 28 pending offers. Some of mine did go through.
