  1. I don't think so, admittedly I don't speak Chinese so I don't know what anything says, but the website still works and I can still see some videos, so no I don't think so.

    If you were trying to watch a whole movie, as I know they host a lot, it's possible they will have taken it down, as that would of course be illegal.
