Has wind ever stopped play at Wimbledon?

....the meteorological type, I mean! Obviously rain has stopped play more times than I care to mention, but noticing how the balls were affected by the gusty weather yesterday made me wonder if it's ever been too windy to play there.....anyone know?

No, wind has never stopped play at the Championships. I honestly think that it could happen though. If there is way too much gust & wind, play could be stopped. I bet it'll eventually happen in the later years.
