Have wwe not mentioned owen hart ion there programmes since the raw is owen episode what was aired on may 24th 1999.

IF they havent is that bad? or is it good? and when wwe have gone back to kemper arena the arena owen died in has wwe mentioned owen on the shows from that arena?

Raw is Owen was picked by the fans (and honored as such) as the #2 Greatest Moment in Raw history on the 10th Anniversary show.  They showed many clips from that night.  So yes, WWE has mentioned Owen since then.

They did at the Raw homecoming in Oct 05, they showed clips from the Raw is Owen. It was at the peak of Jeff Jarret's TNA title run and I found it interesting that one of the clips was Jarret's interview about Owen.

No one wants to relieve that horrible day that he passed on. There are plenty of people who still chant for Owen. Even today. He is missed, but they don't mention him because they want to forget how he died, because he died in the ring. They still remember how cool of a guy he was though. He is always going to be remembered, and he is probably the greatest superstar to never become a WWE World Champ along with Curt Hennig. RIP to both great wrestlers.

Edit: Owen is sadly not yet in the Hall of Fame but he will be. If not this year, then next year.

I know that the last time they were at the Kemper Center, Triple H, HBK, and Cena were in the ring when raw went of the air. Then the crowd began chanting Owen and Triple H grabbed a mic and said everyone missed him. HBK and Cena nodded too.
