Has yahoo 360 reported this issue: my page isnt updating?

I am very familar with the settings and how yahoo 360 works. I've been using it for 2 yrs now. So can someone explain to me why over a couple of months none of my rss feeds, photo albums from flickr, non of my groups, or reviews are showing up. Is anyone else having these issues with their yahoo 360 page not updating?

  1. Well friend.. I don't know anyone who isn't having major problems with their 360's... because..

    Yahoo is in the process of launching a new platform here on this site.

    The 360 will no longer be called the 360 after this.. we will have a new blogger and other things which yahoo has not announced yet.. Until that then they have stopped doing maintenance on the 360 and have pulled a lot of the server from it to give it to the new platform,  it is extremely difficult to not give up on this site lately.. they set a date for the change over to take place through a letter to a friend of mine who published it in a blog to us.. but  it has passed us by already.. .

    The 360 product blog has a blog posted by Matt Walburton .. the new head of Yahoo.. that explains most of the questions you might have.. here is the link to that blog

    FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. There has not been a more specific date announced on the blog yet, so it could happen any time between January and end of March 2008. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details.

    However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about it.

  3. My 360 page has not worked properly in more than two weeks. I have contacted Yahoo on the issue and received responses that were arrogant, unprofessional and ambivalent to the point of being laughable. I have never dealt with a company that has such disregard for the customer like this one.
