Looks like some people on here think the sun shines out of the proverbial butt of their team!

We all love our teams but.... Honestly, which team has NEVER made any disappointing decisions?

  1. I was angry that the doggies didn't make the finals this year after we were on a roll.

  2. YES!!!

The Kangaroos when they got rid of Denis Pagen.

But I am now very happy with Laidley.

I was also very disappointed in Wayne Carey and that was more his doing not the clubs, but he did bring them down for a while.

  3. WCE.....Allowing Mick Malthouse to stay on those last couple of years.

He did nothing for the future development of the team. All he was concerned about was himself.

With the playing group he had under him he should have won half a dozen premierships. I'm glad Collingwood have him - they deserve him!

  4. Whoah Cap'n Sparrow - you're actin' strange .... er :-)

I've certainly made it clear I'm a Cats fan ... 43 years of dismal mistakes - and Deedubya has summed up some of those better than any.  Lets see ... Gary Ayres as coach, losing Hafey, losing half the team to the swans, spending far too much on two or three players in the 80's, ignoring several drafts, failing to pick intelligent players, and ....

Sam Newman and Mark Jacko Jackson ... I rest my case ...

  5. I can't think of any mistake the Brisbane Bears have ever made.

    Not of this week anyway!

  6. At the time of Robert Shaw's appointment as Adelaide's coach in 95 & 96 I and many other's were upset that Graham Cornes was sacked. Graham Cornes did extremely well as coach in his time he was there. Come on, he got the Crows to a Prelimanary Final in his third year as coach and then got sacked at the end of his 4th yr. That was a HUGE mistake by the Adelaide Crows board. Second HUGE mistake was getting Robert Shaw to coach, what a stuff up that was and proven to be the worse 2 yrs in The Crows short life.

  7. Collingwood:  For season 2007 - NOPE

Past mistakes:  I have two words:  Tony Shaw (as coach)

  8. Recruiting Hay, recruiting Picione, recruiting Rawlings (the elder), re-signing Laidley... just to name a few

  9. After Annus Horribilis year my team (Eagles) have had I have learned you are only as good as your last premiership and it doesn't take long for the gloss to wear off that either.

.Next year can't come soon enough for me it can only get better.
