Question:

Has your skin improved since you've stopped eating meat?

Mine really has! Even other people have noticed, I just love it. I feel a lot better too but that's beside the point =)

Has this happened to anyone else and do you know why?

  1. Well right before I stopped eating meat I started to breakout, but then after becoming a vegetarian they went away and now that i'm a veg@n I haven't had any problems with breaking out, and my skin is nice and bright, not pale and dull.


  2. Mine 2. Isn't it great! I feel sooooooooo good and I also have lost some weight.

  3. I dunno, I was only ten years old when I went veggie and didn't have any skin problems yet. It's not very good though.  

  4. my skin has definitely gotten better since i became a vegetarian. when my friend went vegetarian her skin got better too. i don't know why that is but i'm just glad that it happens.

To be honest I just made a commitment to stop eating meat about a month ago.  Except for a couple of slips, I've kept true to it.  I am trying though!  As for my skin, I actually do see a difference but had credited it to other things.   You may be right though!  I imagine it is because we are getting rid of toxins, doing something good, etc., etc.

  9. yes it's awesome being vegan I feel better too we aren't eating animals so we aren't contributing to they're deaths good for us =^..^=
