Question:

Hasn't ANYONE read my 360 blog?

yeah, so I'm no poet or professional writer, but I'm proud if it. But none of my contacts have left a comment... leading me to believe nobody has read it. If you have, let me know what you think! It is, believe it or not, my first blog EVER and I hope to blog more, but I have a tendency to be too picky when it comes to writing, so I expect too much of myself, and decide not to do it. What do you think?

  1. I just read it, it's good writing, I like it... wheres the happy ending...?  : l

  2. UPDATE3: lol! There's lots to learn. Take your time. Make it work for you.

UPDATE2: Well, that wasn't clear. But you should note that not all Y/A contacts use Y!360, so it's best develop personal relationships via inviting people as friends to your 360 space that you know are going to or actually are using the service. Addressing your contacts here may be considered chatting by Y/A censors. Besides the link in your Y/A profile and the personal profile pic feature, Y!360 and Y/A are two separate services.  You're welcome.

UPDATE: I think you are putting a lot of pressure on only 3 contacts. :-)

This isn't only a blog; it's a social networking service. I recommend that you find ACTIVE 360 users to connect with and that you do some commenting of your own on other people's blogs. That might get the ball rolling. See this past answer for more details and strategies:

Also, I can't see your blog, so that means that you have your permissions for that area set to something other than "Public". Obviously, if you want more people to see it then you'll either have to add more friends and/or open it up to the public. See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/per... for more about 360 permissions. Click "My Blog" and then "Edit Blog Settings" to make adjustments.

There is much more that you can do with your 360 space. I encourage you to also check out these resources below to read and experiment:

    - IMPORTANT!: Thoroughly read the 360 COMMUNITY GUIDELINES at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/gui...

    - HELP Pages: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/

    - For MORE TIPS see some of my previous answers on various Y!360 & Y/A subjects by clicking on my avatar and scrolling down to click on my "Starred Questions" tab. My Y/A profile is at http://answers.yahoo.com/my/profile;_ylt...

    - My 360 blog has sections called "360tips," "music" "video" in the tag cloud as well as some highlighted posts on the right side that has instructions.

    - For IDEAS you can check out other 360 pages by clicking on your "Search" link at the top of 360 or by going to http://360.yahoo.com/search.html

    - The 360 team blog at http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 has many helpful links on the right side to help with setting up a 360 space and using other services with it.

NOTE: Some features are not available to users under age 18 for safety reasons.

Keep in mind that 360 is a beta version, so there will be bugs. You can't contact the Y!360 team about it because the service will be transitioning and integrating with a new platform in early 2008 and they are no longer fixing bugs. Read more about that in the Y!360 blog. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space. Many bugs are explained in my Y/A answers.

    Have fun with it!

  3. i have read it 3 times it was very nice but think you could wright another one soon

  4. People read, but don't always leave comments.

  5. I have seen your 360 blog....I'm just not good at leaving comments.  I think I will start because I never get any either & it would be nice!!  BTW, I left you one!
