  1. We are up 0.6 degrees C.

    THE SKY IS FALLING!!!

  2. yes and we will have other ice ages...the weather runs in cycles ...i dont find global warming all that disturbing...

  3. yeah. it's actually a natural cycle. most people don't seem to care because they feel that it is ONLY a natural cycle.

the point is that, we contributed to it this time, and a drastic rate. all the co2 and pollution emission we sent out into the atmosphere, and also how we're depleting natural resources.

yeah some will argue "its only natural, i dont worry over it"

but think about it. our ozone layer is thinning (skin cancer), we're using up all our oils and helium.

we don't know and we can't really measure how extreme things will be. but people are trying to make predictions right now you know. plus, we may spike an ICe Age if somehow our odd global warming affects the ocean's conveyor belt and it might stop. In history, there is a recording of the conveyor belt pausing once after a warming, and that's when the Earth fell into an ice age.

the main point is... we don't know what can happen, so we should try to be concious of what we're doing. remember, the world doesn't revolve around us... we're living on a big sphere of life.

  4. Yes, there has been global warming since yaers ago. During the ice age too. Its the cause of us being here. Gloal warming is partly natural, its the way earth keeps itself warm, or else the worlds average temparature would be -15, but humans are adding access carbon dioxide and gases so that it is pushed further to overheat the earth and cause the poles to melt and drown us all.

  5. Yes, the climate of the earth is in cycles.

  6. Yes it is, but the problem is the rate in which it si happening in the past 100 years. Drastic increase from the normal curve of the cycle.
