  1. just know it won't do you any good unless you change something. change that emotion into a good one, a good one for yourself, do what you truly enjoy and forget about everyone else, move away, stay away from them and live a different life, a loving and prosperous one.

  2. u have to know wat makes u hate ppl

f u feel that they have everything and ur not try to get wat u want, or f they r enjoying their life more look for something enjoyable for ur self

  3. Hate is brought on by two factors.  The first factor is biological.  For instance caffeine, supplements, food, and even genetics play a role in hate.  The second factor is environment.  Environment factors are heavy music, the news, listening to emotional speakers, high stress work, presence of hateful people.  All of the above plus many other factors lead us to hate.  The first thing that can help is to limit your caffeine and eat healthy food.  Second, get rid of the hateful and negative people in your life, or at least limit your exposure to them.  Thirdly, try to notice the things that people do that make them important.  It might be hard to do at first but give it a whirl!  Hate is like a drug addiction and it takes patience and understanding to conquer it.  Good luck!

  4. I know love is the only way to solve the worlds problems.

Yet i can honestly say i hate some people. They must have never loved before cause all they seem to do is hurt people when they are around. I dont think hating is so bad when you have a reason. Maybe i hate the way they treat me, not them all together.

  5. You don't hate the person, you just hate what they did. You prpbably also dislike yourself for trusting them and not realising people are capable of doing awful things. If they realise what they did to hurt you then you you may be able to built bridges. But if they don't, generally if they won't admit it to themselves then they may try to justify it, even blame someone else, or you for what they did. If you can't find it within you to continue the friendship then wish them well and leave. Consider what it has taught you not just about them and what they did, but about people, society and also about yourself.

nkkkkkkkkk oops, cat jumped on keyboard

  6. with hate hate will not seize, only with non-hate hate will seize. this a traditionally proven fact.

as, with dirt, dirt cannot be washed, only with pure water can it be cleaned.

To get rid of it completely you must find the root cause and eradicate the root cause, then the hate will not arise anymore.

    very good question!

  7. I think that it is impossible to get rid of hate entirerly: that's one of the things which makes us humans. On advice here's some: do you really hate them/it? Think deeply about this. It's all very well saying "I hate them" but very few people mean it. To really hate something you have to act on your hatred. For example: someone may say "I hate them" and not talk to the said person(s) for some time, but eventually, in most cases, the person starts to talk to them again. This is not hatred (obviously) its just a falling out.

Another type of 'hatred' is for a person or thing that you don't know very well. For example "I hate that person" you don't know them very well personally but you hate their personality. Well, again, this is not really hatred, more like an intense dislike: if it was hatred you couldn't stay in the same room/area with them/it. If this is your problem then try to find out more about the said person(s): how can you dislike someone you don't know very well. Everybody has a reason for being who they are.

I hope this is helpful, I don't know if its what you're looking for but one last piece of adivce is this: hatred cannot be easily erased (it may even be impossible) and it is very rare to find a pure hatred against something/someone.

  8. i write it all down.Ü

  9. What makes you  hate?  Do you not feel appreciated by others?  Do people pull the rug from under you?  Have you had a raw deal in life?  Try to find the root cause of it, then you are on your way to healing the problem.

Love is the biggest healer.  Work on positive affirmations and get some self help books.  Louise Hay - You Can Heal Your Life, Edgart Toll - The Power Of The Now, The Celestine Prophecy.

Get a rose quartz pendant.  It will draw out repressed anger within your heart and release it.  Anger is probably where the hatred stems from.  The rose quartz will work in the background for you.

    Good luck.
