Question:

Haunted By My Nightmare.?

For the past three nights I've had a horrible recurring nightmare. I can't seem to escape it. Everytime I shut my eyes, it comes back within 15 minutes. I hve hardly slept and now it's even haunting me while I'm awake. It's the first time I have remembered any dreams or nightmares since I was a child. I'm 13 almost 14 now. I'm so nervous about it that I can't even eat without throwing up. I can't specify what is in the nightmare because it might come true. How can I make it stop? I want things to be normal again. I can't do anything anymore because it all reminds me of the nightmare.

  1. ah, I've had night terrors. and night terrors are not nightmares...they are beyond nightmares. they are even WORSE. and it seems that what you are having are night terrors. I've been in that situation. you know, i really think that you should tell you mom or your dad...or if it makes you feel even more comfortable, how about telling both of them. it worked with me. and hey...i even cried. trust me, i totally recommend this idea. because of this, i can think about my night terror(s) without  screaming, crying, hiding under the bed, covering myself with weapons (to defend myself).......etc.

  2. It might help if you talk to someone about it because if you keep something scary to yourself like this it will cause this kind of damage to you like what's happening to you now. And believe me you'll feel better after talking about it with someone because you'll get it off your chest and they'll be there for you.

I'm not going to tell you that you should do this or anything, but when I have something like this happen (and believe me, it's happened before) I just pray about it and ask God to comfort me. And he always does!

I hope I don't set you or anyone else off by saying this (2nd paragraph) and sorry if I did.

    Hope I helped!

  3. Most dreams like that have a meaning, and usually deal with something going on in your real life. Find someone who can interperet the dream, go to a place you feel is safe, and tell them about it in detail. They should be able to tell you what it means which may help you to realize, or change whats causing it in your real life.

Good luck with getting rid of this dream. I wish you the best.

  4. I suggest that you pray before going to bed asking Jesus Christ to protect you and your family. Also pray and ask him to cleanse your dreams. Because your dreams could be demonic you need to command the spirit of fear to leave you alone in the name of Jesus Christ. Try this and tell me if the dreams stop.

  5. read the bible if you are christian and if you are muslim read the quran!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

or  tell your mum or dad your have been having  nightmares!!!!!

  6. I would agree you might want to talk to someone you trust about this, maybe even a Counselor.

This dream likely reflects something going on in your life at this time and could relate to events in your past.  Dreams do not predict the future nor cause events to happen unless we choose to make it happen.

There seems to be some problems between you and your mother.  If you don't trust her enough to tell her a dream then there is a problem.  Also, be careful with your religion because sometimes strange people are attracted to these type religion.  I don't mean to in anyway suggest I am judging a religion but I am stating this is often true as it is with Christian domination's.  If this is helpful let me know.
