there is a haunted hospital in middletown ohio where the monster are aloud to touch you and it has 13 stories and if you make it to the top you get you $30 back. does anyone know the name of it?

I live in Middletown, and I regret to inform you that the hospital you speak of does not exist. Nope, not at all. Pretty sure that the one where you get your money back if you complete it is just an urban legend.
