  1. you could get probs and things from party city like this

    http://partycity.com/cgi-bin/parties/pro...

  2. Take fake knives (plastic, maybe) and cover them in ketchup or red food coloring.  And get some chicken bones or something similar and scatter them around.

  3. I'm not sure.

  4. 1)Find a place where you are gonna do it at. See how much space you have and measure it. Make drawings of how you would like it to look from an upperview.

2)Get a theme. Could be..haunted hospital, haunted mansion, asylum, be creative. Just dont mix stuff together. Remember less is more.

3)Have your decorations fit your theme. You dont have to cover every place. Have plenny of room for guest to walk through. Dont have scare after scare. Let them be afraid...explore things.

4)Music. Have eerie music. Not scream after scream. Build suspence with the music. Oh and make sure the music matches your theme.

5)Lighting, Make sure there is enough light for guest to see where they are going. But still making it dark. Add strobe lights and black lights for effects.

6)Props. A really cool effect is putting fishing string hanging from the cealing. When guests pass it feel like someone is touching them or they are going threw cob webs. You dont necessarely need to buy those expensive props. As long as you have volunteres to help you scare it would be great. Make sure the actors (if u will) never touch the guest. You can get in some trouble.

7)Depending where your haunt is, well depend on your material used for the walls. Mostly people use plastic bags and black plastic. Or even make the walls out of wood. Depending on your budget.

*Hope it helped...if you got anymore questions, ask me... i'll see if i can help.*

  5. mirrors everywhere, fake blood, scary stuff, scary music

  6. Sticking your hand in a bowl of peeled grapes (aka eyeballs) is a classic.

Up the scare factor by having another hand come up from the bottom and grab their hand.  They'll jump 10 feet I promise.

  7. Well has there been any murders in your area recently? You could base the maze on that, or perhaps a carnival theme? Or maybe even a mental institution? I mean there are so many ways you can go with your haunt in order to help you out more i would need more info such as you budget and space, if you want you can email this Company. Demented Entertainment CO. They are a well established Haunted House Production company and prop building company. They will answer any questions you have at DementedEntertainment@yahoo.com
