Have Bush's scare stories been negated?

Seems Bush tried to scare the electorate with stories about Iran's nuclear power plant. That is being monitored continually by UN observers, and they say it's just a nuclear power station.

Then we had the Georgia conflict, when he sent 1000 US military advisors into Georgia - right next door to Russia to stir things up.

But Hurricane Gustav has reminded everybody how he let the American people down. And we're learning daily that many people still don't have a home from 3 years on from Katrina.

And now conservative values have blown-up when we learn that Palin has put her career above the needs of her family - by choosing to put her young daughter under such intense media pressure whilst she's pregnant. I bet I know what Bush is thinking about this.

So it seems despite his attempts to "swing" the voters over to Republicans - that things have a habit of levelling back up again. Funny world.

the scary part is he told his lie so badly yet the people still fell for it. when wull the yanks ever get wise to the ways of the world
