Have Cavalier or C2?

I currently have Verizon. My service for the past 11 years has been horrible to say the least. I am interested in switching to Cavalier. They are offering a phone service with high speed internet called C2. Does anyone already have it? Is it good service? Or am I trading in one horrible company for another?

It is GREAT SERVICE, Usually NO Problems BUT they charge about $15.00 a month in assorted TAXES that are on top of your monthly charge. each & every month. If they offer a $50 a month plan...It will actually be around $65.
