Have Gooey-Ducks left you questioning life?

I just found out what a Gooey Duck is on "Dirty Jobs" show and it has seriously left me so horribly traumatized. has this happened to anybody else? I feel like it is the most disgusting creature that exists on this earth but why does it anger me so?? soo... freakin... disgusting

I saw that episode too, and thought it was freakin' hilarious!  But the best episode ever was the chicken sexer!!!  The guy made them look like little pooping squeeze toys.  

Can't say I've ever eaten geoducks and can't say the show made them look like anything that should be put in your mouth.  But if you want to see something really disturbing, watch that "Weird Eats" show - I think it's on the Travel Channel?  That guy will put anything in his mouth.  I was watching it one night and they were in Thailand and a restaraunt there served only silkie chickens (which we raise).  Made my 7 year old cry.  But the guy will eat fried duck heads and chicken uteruses and live bugs and everything.  Traumatizing stuff!

It's actually spelled "geoduck." Don't ask me why it's pronounced "gooey duck." It's pretty gross, but unless you spend time digging in the beaches of the Pacific Northwest you'll probably never encounter one, if that's any comfort to you.
