Have I-495 Green Card interview coming.Husband does not want to go. Strain relationship. What shall i do?

get ready to be denied the i-485 if he does not go. but you may be able to self petition on the i-360, if you have proof of physical or mental abuse. if he would go with you and the service discovers that you have a strained relationship you could still be approved, i don't know any one that has a perfect marriage, we all have problems at one point or another. if he does not want to go i would suggest that you request to reschedule your interview for a later date, maybe you will have worked something out with your husband, they will usually reschedule you for about 3-6 months later.
