Woke up and had 150 calories of fiber one cereal. and some dried fruit/nut mix from fresh market...
then for Lunch I had about 4 oz of boneless skinless grilled chicken on the grill (plain), one bowl of whole wheat pasta, and 1 cup of steamed veggies. For dessert I had a 90 calorie weight watchers little cake. (its 1 point)
so I think so far that is about 750 calories.
I already overate I think. because it is only 12 pm.
This sucks.
Well, i'm going to eat dinner at about 5 pm.
What should I have to keep me at 1200 calories?
Any light snacks I could have before 5 because i bet i'll be hungry before then..that's like 5 hours.
and I will probably work out later if i'm not too tired/sore from yesterday. I'd do a light workout-run 3 miles and 20 minute pilates.
