I just need some help because I have "food issues". I don't know how much is enough and I am already seeking help.Breakfast: Pear, Hot Cocoa (made with skim milk and 2tbsp of Nesquik)Snack: Fat-free Yogurt with Blueberries in it.Dinner (I know I missed a meal because I was out): We made Penne Pasta with ground turkey and onions (which I had maybe a medium serving of) and we added some whole grain bread on the side.Family likes to eat dessert in the evening which will probably be something chocolate related. I'm thinking cookies. But have I eaten enough for the day already to skip dessert? I mean, I really want to enjoy it but I don't know if I've had enough.
