  3. If you are worried about your weight then eating that food is going to do no good. Plus you will be out of energy for the day. Eat more healty food and exercise as much as you can.

  17. i don't think you have eaten enough. if you ate all of that at once and got full and didn't eat anything the rest of the day then that's most definitely not enough. but if you spread them out then it may be enough depending on your weight. hope i helped (:

  23. is that all u ate? well it is a lil small but sometimes i dont even eat cuz i ahve no appetite. It just depends if your hungry or not. Dont starve urself tho. Make sure u eat if u r hungry.
