Question:

Have I eaten healthy today?

Breakfast- Oatmeal made with 2% milk and raisins

Lunch- Salad (spinach, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers), Ranch Dressing and Low-Fat cottage cheese with strawberries

I know the ranch dressing is fattening but other than that, how did I do?

  1. doing good  for dinner id eat chicken or some fish grilled with lots of  salad  and raw veggies or slightly sweated veggies


  2. Yeah you are doing great!!! Look up online of what you you have to eat daily! Then you look up what you need to eat! :-) I think your doing great!

  3. How big are you? If your only small anyway then you shouldnt be eating just that. Its hardly anything. There is a simple way to loose weight, here are the four GOLDEN rules;

    1) Put less onto your plate

    2) Don't snack in between meals (you will enjoy the meals more this way aswell, especially if you are introducing different types of food into your diet to help you become healthier aswell as slimmer)

    3) Have plenty of excercise. Things like getting off the bus one stop before you normally do are little things, but they really add up

    4) Have three meals a day - One in the morning, one at dinner time and one at tea time. And dont eat after a certain time, like, 7 oclock. Its very important not to miss breakfast. Some people think its a good way to loose weight but its not. Breakfast kick-starts your matabalism and sets you up for the day.

    On a final note, I strongly reccomend you visit your G.P. She/he will weigh you and tell you how much you need to loose/gain depending on your height, frame etc. This might sound like a dumb idea, it did to me at first, but she will put you on an effective diet plan. She will support you and give you regular chek-ups if it is really essential to your health to loose weight. Joining a support group such as Weight watchers will also help, as there are people that are in the same boat as you. Take up swimming and water-aerobics classes, this will give you plenty of excercise, which means you will loose weight, gain more self-esteem and confidence, and more than likely make new friends!

  5. ya u did good good job but it 4 small meals a day breakfast,snack(btw lunch and breakfast, lunch,dinner not after 7)   or something loike that and drink alot of water that is rlly healthy    . hope i helped ^^

  6. yes.  you also need some fat in your diet to survive...

  7. so far not bad at all except for the ranch. but the diet green Tea should balance the damage from the ranch. (got to love that green tea)
