well I'm a 15 year old girl who has done so many diets in her life.

I'm only 15 but honestly I've tried everything, and now reading about all these things like, the fat can cause organ suffication, and how losing weight fast destroys my body in a way and etc.

I'm just scared.

I'm a girl who would like to 45 pounds so that I can be at a average weight and be happy. and now I've found out that I might have possibly put tremendous pressure on my heart.

I'm so depressed, I just don't know where to start anymore.

I don't know how to eat or what.

everythings so confusing.

Can somebody help me out?

btw.

I'm 5'5 and weigh 171

  1. You haven;t forced yourself to an early grave yet, because you're young. But dieting isn't good, so lose weight gradually by eating less fat, and more protein.

  2. the best thing you can do for yourself is exercise .not every diet works the same for every person so asking people wont help you.the best thing for any one's health is to exercise it helps your entire body don't lose faith it isn't always easy or fast to lose weight by exercising but it has far more benefits than dieting.

  3. It's a life change. Exercise (ride your bike, walk around the park, go to the fitness center, skate, skateboard, etc.) stay away from fast food (cheese burgers and french fries, etc.) and eat healthy. That's all it takes to loose weight. It will be a slow, long process, so don't be discouraged. The most important thing is to get up and out and get your heart pumping. Don't make a big deal about it, just quietly do it. Good luck.
