  1. Since I got my ears pierced I find if I wear anything under 14 KT. gold I have that same problem, and when that happens I just use a little peroxide and boil the germs out,

When I first got my ears pierced I did not change my earrings for a couple of months and all I did was use the peroxide at least once a day, and just kept turning the earrings several times a day,as I was instructed to do.  I am sure you will be fine and just keep the area clean, and believe me if they get infected you will know it, because it really hurts.

    Good Luck

  2. that could be normal. Just give it a bit more time and if it keeps up, go get it checked out by a doctor.

  3. Hydrogen peroxide.  alot, daily.  for many days.  Ow.

  4. ur problem shall be cured completely within a week by virtue of ur natural immunity/disease resistance power. don't take any medication and don't worry too.

  5. It doesn't sound serious, so you should keep following the piercer's instructions. If your earlobe feels hot, swollen or painful you should see your doctor because you might have an infection or (possibly) some kind of allergic response. S/he'll know what to do.

    Good luck.

  6. This is completely normal really you have NOTHING to worry about :)

Just keep doing what youve been told to do; cleaning etc and it should be fine :)

  7. My advice is not to take it out for another 2 weeks and did the piercer give you some liquid to wipe your ears? If he/she did then wipe your ear with a piece of clean cotton at night and morning. Before you go to bed and when you wake up. After 2 weeks, take the earring out and again wipe your ear. Everytime you want to change a pair of earrings, wipe the earring with liquid first. If it still bleeds go to a doctor.

  8. Perhaps the ear-rings you replaced the original ones with weren't gold or silver.  Many people cannot wear costume jewellery - it has to be the 'real thing'.  Keep bathing your ear lobes with the supplied solution and keep the gold rings in place until the healing is complete.  (Surgical Spirit is also good to use on pierced ears to promote healing). If you want to try the other ear-rings again when your ears are fully healed, try smearing the posts with Vaseline and only keep them in for 2/3 hours, otherwise stick to gold or silver.  You could also try ones that are claimed to be hypoallergenic.
