Have I just bruised my throat?

Last night when i was in bed I had to take two neurofen and my husband bought the hard ones. anyway i have my neck tilted to one side and when i swallowed it it felt like it got stuck. Anyway i swallowed it and went to bed. I said for him not to buy them anymore as they hurt i said. I am sensitive there as I am a singer,

When I woke up this morning my throat is sore on that side. I put my finger in and had a feel and there is a lump at the back of my tongue on the side where i swallowed the tablet last night.

Is it just bruised or sctratched. I am slightly dehydrated too.

I do not have cancer... Just need another opinion.

If you want a real good opinion and a valid prognosis see your medical practitioner , your tr oath isn't something to fool around with if you are having some pains . Good luck and have a great day
