Have I lost TOO MUCH WEIGHT?

I am 16 years old 5ft 9 inches and 127 pounds. I EAT a lot. But last year in february (about 1 year 7 months ago) I weighed 144 pounds at the docters office. I went to mexico last month and lost weight cause I didnt eat as often. And when I came to the U.S.A. I started running a lot and doing lots of cardio and also I started to lift weights. I am stronger but I think I might look grossly skinny. I dont want to look like that. I EAT A LOT THOUGH. As a matter of fact I work at Mcdonalds and eat a big mac with fries and coke everyday there. How can I put on some weight? Is my weight/height grossly skinny?

  1. You can put on weight by counting your calories and eating above a certain amount everyday. Go to one of those free calorie calculator thingys and put in your height,weight, and age and it will tell you how many calories to eat. Protein shakes will also help you. If you blend them with ice they are good. But, I cant say if you are too skinny because you didn't put a picture. Different people hold weight differently. You might sound too skinny but if I saw you you might look normal. I checked your bmi and it says your normal.
