I am 16 years old 5ft 9 inches and 127 pounds. I EAT a lot. But last year in february (about 1 year 7 months ago) I weighed 144 pounds at the docters office. I went to mexico last month and lost weight cause I didnt eat as often. And when I came to the U.S.A. I started running a lot and doing lots of cardio and also I started to lift weights. I am stronger but I think I might look grossly skinny. I dont want to look like that. I EAT A LOT THOUGH. As a matter of fact I work at Mcdonalds and eat a big mac with fries and coke everyday there. How can I put on some weight? Is my weight/height grossly skinny?
