I am 5'2, 13 years old, 110 pounds, and I have not begun puberty basically at all.

I have been doing a workout program:

DAY 1 - Chest

Push ups - 15

Chest flies - 15 lbs x10

Bench press - 80 lbs x10

5 sets

DAY 2 - Abs

75 sit ups

15 on each side - twist sit ups

planks - 2 minutes

3 sets

I keep repeating that sequence with no days rest, just chest, abs, chest abs for about a month.

I have seen a little improvement but i am know getting abdominal pains toward the rib area and i am cramping up a lot more when i do cardio .

If i keep doing this will it stunt my growth?

  1. it's way to much for the body.

  2. Not enough rest dude.  In either workout.  Most people feel you should not work the same muscles more than once every 4 to 7 days.  They need recovery time.

You might wanna try for 4 days per week.  And don't over do it on those days....just a nice solid workout.  Like say (referring to your 2nd workout plan) monday=day 1, wednesday=day 2, friday=day 3, sunday=cardio (do some runnin, swimmin, ride bike, etc).
