I did once for a play in 8th grade and I got a part.

Next week I'm gonna audition for something in the performing arts.

  1. nope

  2. I used to do community theater ... I auditioned many times, and got parts most of the time.  One play, I even had the lead role.

As for professional work, I auditioned for a couple of TV commercials, but didn't get cast.

Go for it!  The worst they can do is say no ... and just maybe, they'll say yes.

  3. yea and i wuz sooo nervous

  4. I went to a modeling audition once...I didn't like it. I had to walk down a runway in front of EXPERIENCED models and i'd never done it before. So they told me to take some classes and come back.

I found it wasn't for me. =P eh...

  5. I never auditioned for anything but i think if i did i would make it. Not trying to brag or anything but i think u would do good

  6. I auditioned for that show "The Real World" back in the 90's.

  7. my marriage!

  8. I have never auditioned for anything, I dont have that kind of strength, to scared.

  9. Yeah & I always got it haha.

To name one I auditioned for a singing part in my school choir & out of all those 100 something people that auditioned I got the part.

Wannabes think they can actually "sing". As if.

  10. i auditioned for a swing choir thingy and got in.  i've auditioned for 2 solo's and got one and i got a part in play and a trio in church choir.  i love to sing! Good luck in your audition hope you get the part =)

  11. Hummm... well... the only actual audition I ever went through was for the opening with the Ballet Troop which was looking for a piano player for the orchestra who could also play for auditions... the fact that I also could play guitar was a real plus and I think that's why I got the job because the other people who auditioned... several who played piano better than me, as far as I was concerned... could ONLY play the piano and I had more to offer.

That was a fun gig and I got to travel all over the Eastern Europe side of the border and see places and things I would never have seen otherwise.

  12. I auditioned for "the forbidden kingdom" cause i fit all  the requirements except i coudn't go to the call- backs cause i didn't live in California. =/
