Have You Ever Been In A Tornado? Did you lose your home?

I've only had one go over my house and tear down our tree which just missed our house and car.

The devistation I've seen from recent tornados is so unbelievable and heartwrenching!

yesterday i was scared because there was a funnel that was over my house but it touched down somewhere else but i never seen that before then i had to take cover in my down stairs bathroom i thought it was going to touch down where i was at now today im expecting to get stronger storm and i so scared now

One terrible storm a tornado hit out corn dryer bin that was a mere 20-25 yards from our house and threw the bin into out neighbors field and the lid of the bin almost hit the house. It was scary but after the storm my mom was wondering where the hill came from that was in the field and it turned out to be our corn bin all smashed up!

Yes... one hit my school in February, along with my dorm room. It was pretty insane and one of those things you don't want to experience twice :)

When I lived in Nebraska we went through several tornadoes. We never lost a home but we had severe damage. The worst part for me was the mental effects. Now when it storms I grab my helmet and leather and prepare to run to a safe place in the house.
