  1. Yes, my parents house is haunted. Not by hostile spirits, but by friendly gentle ones. One is a man, and the other is a little girl. Ive seen the man several times, and ive seen the girl once. My driving instructor came to pick me up once, and asked me who the little girl was that he saw looking out of the upstairs window.....

  2. We lived in a house for several years where really odd things happened like all the lights and the stereo would come on, or the channels would change for no reason.  There was also a place in the kitchen that would make my daughter shiver or gag each time she walked by it.

Haunted?  Don't know, but it was definitely creepy.

  3. I do not know if this house was haunted but things sure were strange there. I found a trunk in this rental home my family and I lived in in Martinez CA.The trunk had my name on it made with that plastic embossed label maker tape. it was 1968 I was 11. It contained things in it from my future. A picture of a friend named Yvon who I didn't meet till I was 14. A Script to a play, "The Wizard of Oz" in which I would play Glenda the Good my senior year of high school as well as a night gown that would belong to my future husband's grandmother and would be given to me when I was in my early 20's. We also had a seance and I did see the ghost of the lady we called. She haunted me for weeks till one night I sat up in my bed and told her that I was sorry that we had called her but that I could not help her. She went away and I never saw her again. Peace&Love be with you...~M~

  4. My Grandmother (on my Fathers side) grew up in a haunted house,  I'll tell her story...

She was about twelve years old and was downstairs in the kitchen helping her mother cook dinner. Her only sister was upstairs in bed, sick with polio, and fighting for her life. Her Mom told her to go upstairs and check on her sister. She began to climb the staircase up to the bedroom, when a woman walked past her going down the stairs. The woman my Grandmother saw was dressed in a long gown. Gloves, hat, veil- all black. My Grandmother didn't think anything of it, because doctors and other people were often coming to see the sick little girl. When she got to her sisters bedside, she had died. My Grandmother told her mother about the woman she had seen on the staircase, and they believed it was death coming to take the little girls life.

My Grandfather and his siblings (on my Mother's side) grew up in a house haunted by an old woman. She would peek into their bedrooms almost ever night. Sometimes she would mess with the stove and the lights, but nothing mean or anything.

I have seen some strange, unexplainable things. Like when I was alone in a friends house and a locked door unlocked itself and opened all the was to the wall (without hitting it). That persons grandma had died in that house a few years before. I was part of a ghost tracking group before I moved, and while at strange locations I got strange things that appeared in picture I took. I have more stories, but I blabbed alot already.

  5. I have lived in 2 haunted houses and 1 haunted apartment.     I saw two spirits at the same time. It was rather startling. It was in an apartment. After several peculiar events, I asked the manager about things/sounds in my apartment. That is when I learned of the elderly couple that lived in my building. Apparently, they had a suicide pact. The wife had terminal cancer. The husband shot her, then shot himself.

Things in my apartment would move, appliances would come on(the washing machine was the main one. Always using hot water too!) The blinds would sway back and forth, but there were no air vents or registers near them, things in my bathroom would suddenly be "thrown" from one side of the bathroom to the other, my rocking chair was always in the corner facing out when I would leave for work of a morning, but when I'd get home, it was always purshed up against my closet door. And in the middle of the night, regardless of season, my furnace sounded like it was being beaten with a ball bat! (That was very un-nerving to be woken up to in the middle of the night!) Late one night, I was cleaning and saw "someone" walk from the bedroom to the kitchen. When I went to see who it was, there was no one there. Then I saw someone walk from the kitchen back to the bedroom(keep in mind, I lived by myself!) When I looked in my bedroom, there they stood! Side by side with his arm around ther shoulder! They were kinda grey and smokey looking, but you could make them out. They looked happy and peaceful, but it was still startling!

Things in my apartment would move all the time. The sounds (like my furnace being beaten) was never heard by anyone else in the building, but others in the building would hear sounds that I never heard. One time I was in the shower and had my radio going. The song "Domino" by Kiss was playing. In that song, there is a part where Gene Simmons is speaking, not singing. During that part of the song, there was another voice "talking" along with the song! That was the fastest shower I had ever taken!!!

When I was very young, we lived in a small bungalow.  There was always a "fog" that hovered over my parents bed.  I remember taking naps on their bed and hating to look up because there was always this fog-like presence that moved about the room.  Everytime I would climb onto the bed, it would move over the bed.  My dad told me that he could see it too(when I was older...)and that he put his hand into the fog and it was ice cold!

My parent's current house is also haunted.  There are always things being moved around, objects fly across the room, and my favorite is toys "coming to life" that have not worked in years.

  6. The first home that I purchased was built in 1870's.  That house was haunted by man dressed in a dark suit from around the 1900 era.  I would see him in the mirror standing behind me. Never did find out who he was.
