Article 23.

1. Everyone shall have the right to privacy, to personal and family secrets, and to protection of one's honor and good name.

Sarah Palin should have moved to Russia if she wanted to keep her pregnant teenage daughter out of the News.

We live in America and our constitution has no protection of our personal secrets or private life.

  1. If you are so familiar with the Russian constitution, maybe you should re-read ours. We private citizens have the right to privacy and very much un-like the Russians, have actually enjoyed that right, prior to Bush and his so-called "Patriot Act". Politicians and other celebrities that knowingly place themselves in the limelight give up some of those rights.

  2. Yeah, I'm sure Russia is concerned about their citizens and never invaded  any of their privacy

  3. Article 24 says "...and if a non-US citizen Muslim shall become US President, WE WIN!!!"

    Seriously, it's in there...

  4. i tried, but it made my teeth hurt

  5. I am sure it guarantees all kinds of rights, as did the constitution of the Soviet Union. However, the rights are not enforced over there in the Czardom of Russia.

  6. that's true but the media needs to back off and give everyone, including her, room to breathe because they show their support for one candidate by smearing the competitions name across the media with a bad story or a mistake they or someone near them made. She is not her daughter, and they act like shes the one who got pregnent as a teen

  7. I haven't but I do know what you stated about it is correct, although I'm not sure how well it is enforced.

Russia has changed a lot in the last 20 years. Although they are not close to being a democracy yet, they are moving towards greater social and economic freedoms.

Unfortunately GWB has taken us in the opposite direction.

  8. No one is keeping it out of the news.  She requested some decency.  But plenty of people, just like you, are talking about it.

Curious, does her daughter being pregnant make her evil?  Is this worse than "God dam America" or taking campaign contributions raised personally by someone who bombed government buildings and wished he could do more?

  9. How is Russia's romp in Georgia good for private life in Georgia?

    I don't understand your point...

  10. I couldn't figure out what the backwards "R" meant.

  11. You know what, she admitted it before anyone came out and said anything because it's better to get things out in the open. If she hadn't have said anything at all, you would have bashed her for that, too. At least she and her family can fess-up to their faults instead of a certain Clinton who lied deliberately to the public and even got impeached for his dishonesty. She's walking how she talks, but I wonder how many skeletons Obama has...

  12. Whatever, in Russia no one would give a c**p because it's completely irrelevant to her skills or charisma.

  13. Apparently you only have the right to privacy if you're a republican politician.

  14. Я полностью согласен с Вами, потому что даже если я американский Я живу по строгому кодексу чести и моя семья не является чем-то я легко принять за факт, что они все мною

Not sure if your russian or not so Here is a translation

I totally agree with you because even though I am an american I live by a strict code of honor and My family is not something I take lightly for the fact that they are all I have
