1. If you use a real gun, yes, but a pointed finger and a mouthed, "Bang, bang" is much more effective, and the evidence is harder for defectives to find.

2. If cows actually laughed, yes, but they quit laughing when they started hearing all the cow jokes. I have a really good cow joke I will tell you sometime. It is the cream of the (cow) crop. But the last time I told it, I got mooed by whole heard of cows.

3. Serious answer here. It is cheaper to make all the pads the same, so all get braille. In addition, there are times a blind person will be in the back seat of a car, especially a taxi. Were you touched by that last answer? Or was it just a few bumps you barely felt?
