Have a Fred Harvey brass pin , it has 2 on it also, any ideas my Dad worked for Santa Fe, Harvey Girls pin?

My dad was an engineer for Santa fe in Barstow, Ca & Needles, he worked between those two towns during the 30-70's. The pin is straight across on top where it closes to the top left side, kind of looks like a little boat with no sails.. Thanks
