Have a HP digital camera and cannot get to download on my Dell computer. I need adm. user. where is it?

If you're using Windows Vista, check this out:

Otherwise, try right clicking the item, and selecting "Run As.." and put in the admin account name and password.  You may need to hold down Shift while you right click.

If that doesn't work, try setting the Users Properties to force CTL+ALT+DEL... in WinXP:
