Have a bite on my arm, is just getting bigger?

Question

this start last sat on my arm, redness and painful. Five days later just got the pain worse and the redness. What can be and how I treat?

If helps I live in Hawaii.

usually when any type of a bite gets bigger the what it was initially it's infected I would have it looked at in the meantime you can try some benadryl that might help.

it could be from some kind of scary, poisonous one, so if it doesnt start getting better by tomorrow, you should go see a doctor.
