Just walk in and ask how you can contact the main office. Local isnt going to give a d*mn because it would make them look bad with the main office.

they must have web-site or a i-800 number! the fact that they don't take real money at there parking/boards tells me they don't trust customers or employees! which is slandoriss! and down right rude!
