  1. What you can do yourself, is check the shower head isn't blocked.

If you have hard water in your area it may cause the small jets to get clogged. Have a look in your kettle. If there is a white crust on the element, you may need to clean your shower head once a month - or fit a water softener in the main supply to it.

You can usually unscrew the shower head to clean it, and if it's difficult - replace the head with an easy-clean one-  usually with rubber nozzles or that unscrews easily.

If this is not the fault - and you are not getting any cold water - then it may be blocked or be a thermostat problem - time for a plumber.

  2. you need a plumber ...all electric showers have only a cold feed ..else why would you need an electric one !..normally on an electric shower when the water pressure drops ..the shower wont work as the pressure has to open a valve to prevent scalding ...why cant you turn the temperature settings down ?..safer to get it checked out

  3. Unfortunately, the best thing to do is to call a plumber - it's best to not mess around where boilers and water are involved. Though it may cost a lot, if you try and fix it yourself you could do a lot more damage.

  4. As wisely advised, get a plumber!

However, it sounds like the cold water supply to the shower might be switched off. I assume you have hot and cold water running to it.
