  1. If its a group interview, keep the attention on you. I mean don't act like brown-noser or an attention w***e.

Just try to make it known you are both sociable and likable.

  2. They're using a group interview to see which of the applicants truly can handle public interactions with strangers.   They're looking to see whether you have poise, grace, tact, good manners, good conversational skills.

Remember that you DON'T want to be the person who dominates the group.

Also, don't be surprised if someone in the group has a real attitude, or gets rude and hostile.  That person might be a true applicant, or they might be another employee of the company who is helping to weed out applicants who get flustered when dealing with rude and overbearing people.

Stay calm and pay attention, and you'll be fine.

  3. The way you dress is very important in an interview.  Wear something like the clothes they expect you to wear on the job.  First impressions and all that.

  4. Just breathe.

Have fun. And show them who you really are. Employers appreciate applicants who are not afraid of showing their true self because it shows they are trusting people, and concurrently, trustworthy. That's what I think.

    Break a leg.

  5. The best you can be is go in there with confidence...but with good sense of humor as well
