Can I listen to UK BBC radio stations abroad using my internet radio?

almost all the major BBC radio stations broadcast over the internet, and also store their programs for a week afterwards online. But most of the local BBCs are only available to local listeners if using a internet radio (but apparently allows for all of them to be heard using a computer and real player)
