Question:

Have a level 6, won't shred

by | earlier

will run in reverse, but with switch in run mode, the paper jam sensor light comes on and mach. wont work. took cover off and checked connections on board, and mach. ran a couple times and the light came back on and it wouldn't work, ther was no paper in mach.
